The LaRue Zoo

I would first like to say that this post is dedicated to all of my friends from Chicago, All of my friends from Utah who get a kick out of the fact that I married a farm boy, and my family.
In other words, this post is dedicated to everyone.

My brother Johnny came and visited us on Saturday,
Saturday is a special day.

We like when Johnny comes to visit,
except sometimes when Jon and Johnny get together intersting things happen.
For example, Johnny decided to bring over one of his goats for us to take care of for a while...
I'm not sure why.
This is Tucker. The world's most friendly goat.
He follows you around like a dog.
Jon hates him
Because he loves Jon.
It's a little sketchy actually...
He literally loves Jon, like man crush.
But I can't blame him.

We also have another goat staying with us, Jon's sister gave him to us.
His name was Goat.
I didn't think that fit.

He is now known as Jose Manuel.
I don't have any pictures though, he's camera shy.

So as said before sometimes things happen when the boys get together...
Aka the "Free Animals" Section on KSL

Which led to the next addition to the LaRue family.
Maurice.
Maurice had never been in water before, so when we brought him down to the pond he was on cloud 9.
Also he doesn't like bread... so I don't know what thats all about.

Maurice is kind of shy, but he's warming up to us.

When Jasper first met Maurice he bit tail and tried to drag him out of the water.
Maurice is still warming up to Jasper.

But one free animal obviously isn't enough so about a half hour later I was greeted with these
This is Lynn.
And this is Coby.

Those names are only funny to people who know our current living situation. haha

I like our new pets, mostly because we don't have to take care of them (our yard=free animal food) but Rusty is still my favorite.

Even when I come home to dead snakes on my porch.

...and birds

...and muskrats

...amd mice

He's too cute to get mad at.

But anyway! My eyes have been opened once agian to a bountiful expansion of foods. aka my latest conversions-

Lemon Cookies, what? I thought only old people liked those.
No bake cookies (peanut butter has to be included) HOLY HANNAH talk about delicious.
 Strawberry milk.. I should've known..

And now it's time for...
Quotes from Jon:
"I'm glad I didn't marry a fat girl, but sometimes the warmth would be nice."
This was after I graced his back with my freezing hands.
Me: "Why do you always have to one up me? "
Jon: "Wait till you get pregnant, see how big I get then!"

Love you all!

P.s. I'm considering possibly converting this into a vlog... (a video blog)
what do you think?
I'd probably do a couple test runs and see what kind of feedback I get.

ANywhooo Bye!
