Happy Anniversary!

Holy smokes have I seriously been married a year already?
Time flies when you're having fun I guess.
Just a few pics from our trip!

On our way! This one is for you Allie.

He'd be so hot with a pony tail.

Best restaurant ever made.
Ate there for every meal.

 He got the high score.

A 12 year old girl complimented me on my t shirt.

 "Let's do bad model poses"

 We have a winner.

 The yummmmmmmmy ice cream shop!

We dominated the river. Except for the part where we flipped over.

Needless to say, great anniversary trip!

And this weeks quote-
"You're so attractive I can't move"

what can i say?

The Story of us

Romeo and Juliet? Allie and Noah? Cinderella and Prince Charming? Ron and Hermione? Elizabeth and Mr. Darcy? Jack and Rose? Your mom and dad?

(Those are all the love stories i could think of)

Classic love stories.. sorta. None compare to us.

Gather round while I tell you a real love story.

Once upon a time there was a free spirited gal named Lauren.

Lauren loved (and still does love) life. She loved being the most random outgoing crazy girl with all her friends who felt the same way.

To sum up Lauren's highschool and college life here are a few pictures-

(that's spaghetti if you were wondering.)

One day Lauren met a cowboy named Jon. He quickly became part of the family because he was Lauren's brother's best friend.. Lauren knew him since she was a wee sophomore in highschool.
Although the loved hadn't started blooming yet cause Jon was all

and Lauren was still all
But one day Lauren moved away to college, and continued with her gallivanting.

Then one day she realized that she was madly in love with Jon. and of course he was madly in love with her.
 So then this happened

And then this

It was a joyous day.

Neither could be happier. Marriage was all they dreamed it would be and more

They were so in love, time flew by, it had almost been a year!

Jon and Lauren decided it was time.
Time to expand their love and start a family.

So... they prepared themselves.. began to save up their money... read all the books, got advice from everyone they knew..

And then it happened.

Triplets.

Got ya! ;)

Welp-
Quotes from Jon: "Wow! some times you're really smart! I mean.. You're really smart."

Round up

Memorial Day weekend was a fun one!
Every year Jon's family goes down to Nephi to help with the cattle drive.
Two years ago, when we were dating I went with his family.
Wasn't my most favorite experience.
I didn't mind the hours on the back of the horse, it was mostly the fact that I couldn't go to the bathroom.
Let me clarify.
We were camping, so there were not toilets.
I'm from Chicago.
Lack of toilets has never been an issure.
Long story short, I held it for 2 days.

But this year I've grown up a bit I guess. It was a much more... relieving.. trip.
Too much info?
Oh well.

I was way excited to go this year. So was Rusty.
So we left our house and met at his parents. Rusty reunited with his brother Gunner for the first time since they were tiny pups.

It was adorable. Rusty is still a bully.

We got on our horses and headed out to go find some cows!
Rusty was thrilled. This was his first time doing something like this. He was leading us all!

By the end of the ride he was pretty tired.
Branding is always nice to watch...I won't go into too much detail about what else goes on here...

 Awkward.

Turns out the boys subconciously think they're models..

Maybe not totally subconciously..

Hahahahaahha Jake might not be too happy about this one...
Anyway, after we got home we went to see my family. Of course we went bowling. And of course Jon won.

Johnny brought us more goats.
The crazy-eyed one is Frodo, and the other is Bambi.
I hate both of them.

But I still love the rooster, even though he crows at 5am every morning. He loves me too and lets me feed him.

All in all it was an eventful, fun, tiring week.

Took a lot out of some of us.

Quotes from Jon: We were talking about our future kids, and I jokingly said I hope we have all girls and a son who loves theater and looks like me. He responded with, "They need to look at least as manly as me. Like, they need to have hair on their chest by the time they're two."

And then there was this..

Jon: "I hate places like these..."
Me: "...neighborhoods?"
Jon: "Yeah."

Love you alll!
